Caroline and Gustavo got married at Monte Záion, in Campo Grande, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The venue sits in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, with a lake, gardens and green everywhere you look.
A wedding at Monte Záion
If you are researching Monte Záion as a wedding venue, this wedding shows its spaces well: the gardens with palm trees, the lake, the stone stairs and the ceremony area, covered, with a glass structure and a stone wall.
You can do almost everything in one place: Caroline's portraits in the gardens before the ceremony, the ceremony itself and the party in the reception hall, with no one having to travel.
Getting ready
I started with the details: shoes, invitation, rings, jewelry and the white orchid bouquet. Then came photos of Caroline in her robe around the gardens and, once in her dress, relaxed portraits along the paths of the venue. Gustavo also had his own moment before the ceremony.
The ceremony
The processional came down an aisle lined with palm trees. Caroline walked in accompanied, and Gustavo waited at the altar with a huge smile.
They both read their vows, and there were tears, laughter and a lot of emotion among the guests. On the way out, soap bubbles everywhere, guests all around and the bouquet held high.
Portraits at night
After the ceremony we took photos with the wedding party and some time with just the two of them in the gardens, already at night, with the lake lit up.
The party at Monte Záion
The party had a saxophone on the dance floor, the bouquet toss and a lot of dancing until the end.
